Global Warming- Educating Our Children

Someone once said that,
“We do not inherit the Earth from our parents but are merely borrowing it from from our children.”
Whatever damage we do to the Earth, it will be our future generations who will be bearing the burden. While tackling Global Warming is an important and urgent issue right now, we must also educate our children well such that they learn the mistakes that we made and will not repeat them for their children.
Global Warming is not a difficult concept to teach our children since it is happening all around us. Just flip through your local newspaper any day and you can easily spot an article or two about it. For those who have internet access, there are a few sites for children that are worth visiting. They include:

Hi,
I am a new children’s book author and have a book “RISING ABOVE Global Warming.” I feel passionate that our responsibility as adults is to empower our children as future global stewards. It is never too early to begin the process of preparing our children for this role, and what better way than through an entertaining story.
